limited packagerepetitive activities
The 'ultra-inclusive' package felt limited. Ice tea was extra! long lines were common, especially for pizza. Waits were inevitable. kids' club activities seemed repetitive. Dino day and save the earth themes all involved drawing the same stuff. snacks were basic, just cookies, fruit, and toast. i expected more variety and better inclusions.

Really good Staff and Modern Amenities

Every single staff member was pleasant! They were helpful and always smiling. Daily food options were good with plenty of choices, even for children. The rooftop Ambrosia Ala carte Restaurant provided amazing sunset views to accompany dinner.
I did have to pay 30 euros for early check-in. I felt this could have been waived as a welcome gesture.

The staff ensured a smooth and attentive experience throughout my stay. Reception was efficient and cute, and the dining staff were quick to assist with any requests. The housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness, and the concierge was helpful with local information.

the food had lots of options. The beach features many chairs and umbrellas. The animation team was very kind and friendly.
some staff members seemed quite rude. I asked reception for a doctor, because i had a rental car. A doctor camed to the hotel, charging 150 euro without providing an invoice.

the location near the beach is excellent there is a shop and a small taverna nearby the hotel is very clean i found the staff attentive and friendly the rooms are spacious and include bath amenities
i found some aspects of the ultra-inclusive package disappointing many items were not included long lines formed often especially for popular foods the kids' club activities seemed repetitive the snacks were very basic too
